Cryotherapy is a growing medical practice for chronic pain management. New York Cryogen sought to create their own cryotherapy device that would be marketed internationally. I was tasked with executing the industrial design of the cryotherapy spray gun according to the clients specific aesthetic requirements and the graphic user interface of the touchscreen computer. In addition to ergonomic and aesthetic form, I worked with electrical and mechanical engineers for the ideal sensor placements, micro controller board, and internal wire routing. Was part of the optimization of manufacturing team for DFM documentation.
